HOME DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO
As soon as your parcel is taken over by the Colissimo network, you will be able to follow your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number which will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated and sent.
Depending on the value and size of your package, it will be delivered to you personally, deposited in your mailbox or in your post office (delivered against signature and presentation of an identity document).
DELIVERY DELAY :
-Your package is delivered to your home within 2-4 business days. In case of absence or if your package can not be deposited in your mailbox, a notice will be left to you, so you can pick it up at your post office (only in metropolitan France). Deliveries outside France can take up to 7 days.
DELIVERY IN RELAY POINT
We deliver to the relay point of your choice (close to your home or place of holidays). As soon as you pick up your parcel in the Relais Colis network, you can track your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number which will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated and sent.
You are automatically notified, by email or SMS, of the arrival of your package in the chosen relay. You can proceed to the withdrawal of your package during the opening hours of the selected store. Your parcel will be given to you against signature and after presentation of an identity document.
If your relay point is closed (due to a vacancy or occasional holiday), Colissimo will then automatically notify you via SMS and / or mail of the relay point change. You can then confirm if it suits you or not.
DELIVERY DELAY :
-Your package is delivered to the Relais of your choice within 2 to 3 working days for Metropolitan France and 6 to 7 for the others coutries. You have 10 days to pick up your package after he has been received by the relay. After this time, it will be returned. The costs engendered by this oversight will be at your expense.
